This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on www.tanart.co, including but not limited to event tickets, special merchandise packages, and other related products/services.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.



1. General Refund Policy


All sales are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully processed, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizer in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tickets for events, fan meetings, and related activities
  • Special merchandise packages, gift sets, and pre-order items
  • Virtual tickets, e-tickets, and digital vouchers

Once an order is confirmed, you cannot cancel, modify, exchange, or request a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans or personal circumstances
  • Inability to attend the event
  • Preference changes for merchandise items
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections in physical products (as specified below)



2. Event Tickets & Participation Services


For all event tickets, photo events, fan meeting participation services, and related activities:

  1. No Refunds or Cancellations

    • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be accepted after payment confirmation.
    • Orders cannot be combined or transferred to another person. The participant’s name and information must match the valid photo ID (passport or government-issued ID) presented at check-in.

  2. Attendance & Check-In

    • Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.
    • You must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on your order at check-in. Failure to do so will result in denied entry, with no refund provided.
    • If you miss your scheduled time slot due to personal reasons, your participation will be considered completed, and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

  3. Event Changes or Cancellations

    • The organizer reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or modify event details (including date, time, venue, or program) without prior notice, due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons.
    • In the event of a full event cancellation by the organizer, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be announced via official channels, and processed in accordance with local regulations. No refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.




3. Merchandise & Gift Packages


For physical merchandise, special packages, and pre-order items purchased on our website:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges

    • All merchandise and gift packages are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after purchase.
    • Minor manufacturing imperfections, such as slight scratches, print spots, or dust on printed items, are considered normal production variations and will not qualify for returns or refunds.

  2. Quality Issues

    • If you receive a product with significant manufacturing defects that render it unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case at our sole discretion.
    • Approved claims may be eligible for replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit, at the organizer’s option. No cash refunds will be provided.




4. Photo & Video Content


For all photo events, polaroid photos, and related content services:

  1. No Reshoots or Refunds

    • Polaroid photos taken during the event cannot be retaken, unless the artist’s eyes are closed or the photo is severely blurred due to operational errors.
    • Refunds or reshoots will not be offered for minor issues such as slight overexposure, minor focus softness, or user preference changes.

  2. Usage Rights

    • All photos taken during the event are for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.




5. Force Majeure


We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this policy due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, venue closures, or artist cancellations.

In such cases, the organizer will provide updates on next steps, which may include rescheduling, alternative arrangements, or (in rare cases) partial or full refunds, as determined by the organizer in its sole discretion.
